────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────────
PURPOSE:
-------
JAGRUN5 is a utility that allows sysops to run up to 100 .WCX
files from a logon.wcx! JAGRUN5 will also run all .WCX's that use
parameters! JAGRUN5 is a FREEWARE utility from Chris Jagger Creative
Services.

DISTRIBUTION:
------------
You are encouraged to distribute the Freeware version of this
program provided all files are unaltered and remain intact. Feel free
to distribute this program to other Sysops so that they may evaluate
this program as well.
FEATURES:
--------
* Runs up to 100 .WCX files can be run at logon!
* Runs all .WCX programs that use parameters!
* JAGRUN5 will perform all the usual logon routines while running
your .WCX programs!
* Allows you to create a file with user names that you wish to have
fast logons. This feature is totally optional!
INSTALLATION:
------------
1. Unzip the JAGRUN5 archive into your Wildcat home directory. (a MUST)
2. Now, move JAGRUN5.CFG to your \DATA directory (usually it is
C:\WC5\DATA\ ). This is where all of Jagger's wcCode programs
keep their cofiguration files!
3. Rename the logon.wcx you are currently running to any other name
you like. (Example: logonbak.wcx) If you are not currently running
a logon.wcx then skip this step.
4. Now go to your \DATA directory & add the names of the .WCX files
you want run from your logon.wcx to the JAGRUN5.CFG file.....
a. Do NOT delete the first line (at top) of this file. Enter either
"B" or "A" here. "B" tells JAGRUN5 that you want your "Hello"
screens shown BEFORE the .WCX programs are run. "A" tells JAGRUN5
that you want your "Hello" screens run AFTER the programs are run.
This is so you have more flexibility in how your logon displays!
b. Enter your .WCX programs, note that all .WCX programs you enter
MUST be in your WC 5 home directory! Here is how you enter them:
Entering .WCX files that do NOT use parameters:
Simply enter each .WCX file you want run on a single line. Enter
ONLY THE FILENAME (do NOT put the ".WCX" on the end), see examples!
Entering .WCX files that use parameters:
Simply enter each .WCX file you want run on a single line. Enter
ONLY THE FILENAME (do NOT put the ".WCX" on the end). Then enter
the character ">" at the end of the FILENAME, no spaces before the
">"! This ">" tells JAGRUN5 to look for the parameter for this
.WCX on the NEXT line...so enter the parameter on the NEXT line.
Ex: To enter "JAGTEST5.WCX" that uses the parameter "GOTEST":
JAGTEST5>
GOTEST
Directions are also included in the sample JAGRUN5.CFG file.
5. If you want any users, including yourself, to have a fast logon then
simply move the file JAGRUN5.NMS to your \DATA directory and add the
user names that you want to have "fast logons" to this file.
6. **** Rename the JAGRUN5.WCX file to LOGON.WCX! ****
7. You're done, now run JAGRUN5!
ALLOWING FOR FAST LOGONS WITH JAGRUN5:
-------------------------------------
JAGRUN5 will allow you to configure a list of user names that
you wish to have "Fast Logons". These users will still have the
important logon routines performed (ex. checking for new mail), but
the following features will not be performed:
-showing the "Hello" screens
-checking for new bulletins
-checking for new newsletter
JAGRUN5.NMS is the file that will contain these user names and it
MUST be located in your WC5 data directory (usually C:\WC5\DATA\ ).
This feature is totally optional, but if you want it then do follow
these steps:
1. Move JAGRUN5.NMS into your Wildcat 5 DATA directory.
2. Add each user name on a single line (for fast logons).
3. That's it.
This file can hold as many names as you can put in it, but note that
an extremely large list may cause a slight delay when JAGRUN5 is run.
It's recommended that you limit this list to 10 user names or less.
If you don't want this option then don't move JAGRUN5.NMS to your data
directory. If it's not there, JAGRUN5 will not allow for fast logons.

Don't forget to rename JAGRUN5.WCX as logon.wcx!
Don't forget to move JAGRUN5.CFG to your Wildcat \DATA directory!
Enter ONLY the FILENAME (do NOT put the ."WCX" at the end) for all
wcCode .WCX files, they MUST be in your Wildcat home directory!
If used, don't forget to move JAGRUN5.NMS to your WC5 \DATA directory!
